Created by designer and mechanical engineer, Paolo Mastroguiseppe, the Aviatore Veloce Turbojet 100 Coffee Maker actually hides a high-pressure brewer inside that intimidating frame, with a coffee-making process that’s, pretty, straightforward. To use, simply tug on the front end of the engine to reveal the chambers, pour water in one chamber, throw coffee grounds on the other, and push it back close. From there, simply select the size of serving you want and wait for your freshly-brewed cup. It can also make tea, by the way, so you just substitute tea leaves for coffee grounds in that situation. Construction is aviation-grade aluminum, stainless steel, and aluminum bronze, so it looks like a legit, albeit smaller, engine sitting in your kitchen countertop. It measures 30.7 x 13.1 x 17.9 inches and weighs almost 62 pounds, so it will make for one heck of a presence.
